Solvero Wines
Inspired by the potential of cool-climate Pinot Noir in the Okanagan, a search for an ideal vineyard site led to a remarkable 25-acre property in Garnet Valley, Summerland. Pinot Noir was first planted in 2016, followed by Chardonnay and, more recently, Gamay, completing a range of classic Burgundian varieties. Set against a rugged mountainside, Solvero is guided by a philosophy of thoughtful farming and winemaking, where each decision reflects a deep respect for the land and is expressed in every glass.
Garnet Valley Ranch
Garnet Valley Ranch is a unique, high-elevation vineyard site in Summerland, BC, thoughtfully designed to work in harmony with the surrounding natural landscape. Purchased by Okanagan Crush Pad at the recommendation of terroir consultant Pedro Parra, the site features distinct vineyard blocks planted in volcanic and glacial soils. Now home to Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Riesling and more, the organically farmed ranch sits between 600 and 680 metres above sea level, making it one of the highest vineyard sites in the Okanagan. The elevation and cooler climate contribute to wines with freshness, balance, and vibrant natural acidity.
