Solvero Wine Club FAQ

 

How much does a wine club membership cost?

There is no membership fee to join. You only pay for the wines included in each seasonal club order, with a minimum of 6 bottles per shipment and two shipments per year.

Can I customize my wine shipment?

Yes. You can choose a curated selection from our winemaker or customize your shipment to suit your preferences.

When can I choose my wine?

Wine club shipments go out in Spring and Fall. Before each shipment, we’ll send a reminder two weeks in advance, giving you the opportunity to customize and/or add to your shipment.

Can I skip a shipment or pause my membership?

Yes. You can pause or cancel your membership at any time.

Can I pick up my club orders?
Yes. You can choose to pick up your shipment at the winery. We also host Pick-Up Parties for each shipment at the winery and in both Vancouver and Calgary, allowing members to connect with the team and other club members.

 

How does shipping work?

Wine Club shipments are sent twice a year, in the Spring and Fall. Club members receive complimentary shipping on 12+ bottles in BC and Alberta and discounted flat shipping rates on 6-packs and all shipments outside of BC and Alberta.

How do I log in to my member account?

Go to our website and click the Login button in the upper right or upper left corner, depending on whether you’re on desktop or mobile. Use the username and password you created when you signed up for the Wine Club. Log in to your account before placing orders to take full advantage of your member benefits.

How do I book a complimentary tasting offered for club members?

Club members receive complimentary seated tastings for themselves and up to four guests. When booking, select your date and time as usual. On the customer details page, you’ll see a login link where you can enter your username and password to complete the booking.
