Bottling the 2025 Vintage
The cellar has been busy over the past few weeks. We recently bottled three wines from the 2025 vintage: Pinot Gris, Rosé made from 100% Pinot Noir, and a new addition to the Solvero portfolio, Riesling from our Happy Valley Vineyard on the Summerland Bench.
Another exciting update is that our winemaking team is now disgorging our very first vintage of Blanc de Noir! This sparkling wine is made using the traditional method with 100% Pinot Noir grapes. After almost 2 years on lees, this wine will be ready to share with you in just a few short weeks.

Bottling is a quiet milestone in the life of a wine. Months and sometimes years of work finally move into the glass. For us, this stage is about preserving what the season gave us without unnecessary intervention. The character of the place remains the focus.
The wines will rest briefly in the bottle until they are ready for release. We look forward to sharing them with you very soon and, as always, our club members will have first access.
